Promosify is operated by SwiftLearn LLC (“SwiftLearn,” “we,” “us”), 40 Brown Ave, Springfield, NJ 07081. SwiftLearn LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this notice, except where a business you subscribe to controls it as described below.

Promosify helps small businesses collect voluntary QR signups and send time-limited offers. This notice covers website visitors, business account holders, and people who subscribe to offers.

Business accounts: email address, authentication information, business name, industry, country, time zone, mailing address, banner content, and account activity. Authentication is handled by Firebase.

Subscribers: the email address or phone number you choose to provide, optional first and last name, selected channels and frequency preferences, signup banner and source, business subscribed to, time zone where available, subscription status, verification records, and consent wording, version, and timestamps.

Website visitors: we use Google Analytics (through Firebase) to understand how people find and use promosify.com, such as pages viewed, the link or campaign that brought you here, approximate location, and device and browser type. It uses cookies and similar identifiers. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on.

Businesses we contact: when we email a business about Promosify, we keep the business name, the email address the business published, where we found it, and whether the email was opened or its link was clicked. We email each business once, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.

We use information to create accounts, verify contact ownership, deliver requested offers, report offer engagement to the business, manage consent and opt-outs, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Your contact details are not permission to send unrelated marketing.

The business you join can access its subscriber list and manage offers. Service providers process data needed for hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, and delivery: Google/Firebase, Google Analytics and Google Cloud, Resend for email, and Twilio for SMS.

We do not sell or rent personal information, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Use the unsubscribe link in an email to stop that business’s email offers. Email hello@promosify.com to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information.
