Accessibility

We aim to make Promosify usable with keyboards, assistive technology, and different screen sizes, using WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing reference. This is a statement of our approach, not a claim of certified or complete conformance.

The site includes a skip-to-content link, visible keyboard focus, labeled form fields, text error messages, reduced-motion support, and responsive layouts. Marketing consent is presented in text, and customer signup supports choosing email or SMS where available.

QR codes are a convenience, not the only way to reach signup. Businesses can share their signup link directly. Browser zoom and native text controls remain available.

Email hello@promosify.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, and, if comfortable, your browser or assistive technology. We will review the issue and work with you on an accessible way to complete the task. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.

Provider-hosted authentication, email clients, and carrier services may have separate accessibility limitations. Tell us when they block a Promosify task so we can investigate.
